About
WHO ARE WE ?
A love story, a story of painting, an intellectual fusion...

The mutual influence between two unique artists
Christian Neel and Céline Chourlet, two artists with distinct artistic worlds, initially built their careers independently. Their paths crossed at the Place des Vosges in Paris, an iconic venue for art and history. From this encounter emerged an artistic and personal partnership, sealed by the opening of a gallery just a stone’s throw from the legendary Croisette in Cannes.
For the past 11 years, they have been exhibiting and selling their works side by side, in a fusion of styles that enriches their respective bodies of art. Céline Chourlet’s vibrant colours subtly intertwine with Christian Neel’s abstract and graphic forms, creating an aesthetic and emotional dialogue. This artistic collaboration, though sometimes unconscious, continually inspires their creations.
Their painting becomes an extension of their love story, an echo of their bond and their shared vision. They share ideas, offer each other advice, and nurture a creative process that transcends their individual identities.
It is this mutual influence that drives Christian Neel to conceive innovative projects, such as his ‘Profils de Neel’ collection, inspired by watching Céline Chourlet paint ‘Marcel le Chat’. This concept gave him the idea of creating ethereal wooden forms, a unique and original medium for expression.
A love story, a story of painting, an artistic fusion: together, Céline Chourlet and Christian Neel are pushing the boundaries of their art and sharing their vibrant and harmonious vision with the world.
